Premier Beauty Products Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions explain your rights and obligations. Please read them carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions will not affect those except if the two are inconsistent. If this is the case then these Terms and Conditions will override any other rights that you may have, unless this is not permitted by law.
1) Select your currency from the shopping cart on the left to display prices in your own currency (UK pound sterling is set as default).
2) Browse through the product range by clicking on any of the categories/tabs/menu on the homepage.
3) As you view the product range, if you see something you like, simply select what you require and click on add to cart which will be displayed next to the product (this does not commit you to purchasing the product as you can remove products out of your cart at anytime).
4) When you have finished, click on Checkout. Follow the on-screen process to complete checkout.
5) We will send you an email to confirm your order and let you know when your Item(s) will be shipped.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, Monday – Friday.
Orders made after 1pm Friday will be despatched Monday. If the Monday is a bank holiday, we will despatch Tuesday.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class within the UK.
A signature will be required for Items over £10 in value.
For Europe & America and we use Standard airmail.
Royal Mail aim to deliver UK 1st class recorded delivery within 1-2 working days.
EU Airmail delivery within 3-5 working days and USA / Canada Airmail delivery within 5-10 working days.
UK only - The Royal Mail delivery worker will leave a card through your door if you are not in at the time of delivery. Recorded Delivery items are only kept at your main local collection depot for one week so please ensure you collect the item within this timescale. If it is not collected after 7 days, the item will be returned to us which will incur more postage costs made payable by you to enable us to send the item to you again.
If you have not received your item after 7 days of purchase, please contact your main local collection depot as the Royal Mail delivery worker may not have left a card through your door. If it is not there, please contact us by clicking on 'contact us' tab to explain that you have not received your item. You will need to provide us with your order information so we are able to track your order on our database.
We charge postage based on the total weight of your order not per item. Prices vary depending on total weight. The charge is calculated for you at the checkout.

All orders totalling £100 or more will automatically qualify for FREE postage and packing.

You can shop and pay for your purchases securely and easily online. We use PayPal and Google Checkout as our payment gateways. They are 100% secure and are handled on encrypted (padlocked) pages. Please rest assured that we never see your payment details. The only information that is sent to us is your purchase(s) information and address details, which is solely used to process your order and despatch your purchase(s). We do not disclose any of this information onto third parties/companies.
Credit/Debit Card
We can accept all major credit/debit cards, MasterCard, Visa etc. through PayPal; you don’t even need an account to pay with a credit/debit card. Follow instructions at checkout (click on 'use your credit card ...' when you are at the PayPal secure payment page).
Existing PayPal Account Holders
Pay with all major debit/credit cards, your bank account or PayPal balance. Follow instructions at checkout (click on 'log into your account' when you are at the PayPal secure payment page).
Returns Policy
We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases.
Unfortunately for Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of cosmetic products, however we are committed to resolving any problems and ask that you follow the procedure outlined below
- Please email us within 7 days from receipt of your item(s) via the 'contact us' tab. explaining your problem. Please remember to provide us with your original order information.
- We will email you back within 24hrs to let you know how we propose to deal with the issue.
- Where required you are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) back to us. We cannot be held responsible for an item(s) lost in the post when you return it to us so we would recommend you return it by recorded delivery.
- We will not charge you postage costs for sending a replacement item to you.
